Senior Manager, Program Management (TW Category Growth)

Role Overview

Join Coupang’s Business Growth and Excellence team in Taiwan to drive growth and profitability through cross-functional programs. Work closely with business managers, marketing team, and finance to scale existing programs and create new initiatives.

What You Will Do

Define category growth vision, develop plans to scale initiatives, partner with stakeholders, monitor program performance, and create category scorecards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Business Strategy, Analytics, E-commerce, Retail, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
