Role Overview
As a Sales Data Analyst at Coupang, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing performance data for consultation services, managing and analyzing status-related indicator data, and proceeding with process automation. You will provide performance data for consultation services to ensure efficient operation of the seller center, provide inquiry trend and status-related indicator data to improve seller experience, and create dashboards and visualize data in real-time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing performance data for consultation services, creating dashboards and visualizing data in real-time, and automating tasks. You will also provide data support for important projects related to sellers and customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- at least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- experience in using data tools such as Python and SQL
- experience in business intelligence reporting and dashboarding using Power BI
- ability to prioritize work based on rapidly changing business environments and multitasking
