Courser is seeking a Field Demand Generation Specialist to drive net-new business meetings for their brands through targeted prospect outreach, LinkedIn (paid + organic), direct mail air-cover for AE canvassing, local events, and disciplined geo-specific list-building. The Specialist will inherit a proven playbook and adapt it for Courser’s brands, measured on incremental qualified meetings produced (sourced + influenced).
Requirements
- Drive net-new business meetings for Courser’s brands and own a quarterly meeting target based on self-sourced leads.
- Map campaign strategies to specific Courser brand’s in-market Target Client Profile (TCP) and build and maintain target prospect lists in HubSpot.
- Execute multi-channel outreach into specific Courser brand’s prospect lists and coordinate direct mail and physical-touch programs as follow-on air-cover for AE prospecting and canvassing.
- Coordinate periodic local events designed to generate first meetings and amplify specific Courser brand’s local brand presence through community engagement, association memberships, and partnership development.
- Coordinate campaigns with local leadership and maintain a structured cadence with the Regional President, Regional Sales Director (RSD), and sales leadership covering campaign planning, in-flight execution, and post-campaign results.
