Role Overview

As a Promotions Marketing Manager, you’ll lead promotional strategy and execution for Udemy’s two brands converging onto a single skills platform. You’ll own the promotional calendar end-to-end, building campaign specs and go-to-market briefs that align creative, channel, and lifecycle teams around a single execution plan.

What You Will Do

You’ll build campaign specs and go-to-market briefs, partner with Pricing and Commercial Policy teams, monitor live promotions, and drive mid-course adjustments. You’ll also lead campaign forecasting, experimentation plans, and post-campaign reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in promotions marketing
  • Ideally at a subscription or marketplace consumer business
  • Demonstrated history of owning a promotional or campaign calendar end-to-end
  • Experience partnering with Pricing, Commercial Policy/Legal, and Data Science teams
  • Experience with project management, including coordinating creative, channel, and regional stakeholders
  • Background in reading and analyzing promotional performance data
  • Experience running promotions across more than one brand or platform simultaneously
