Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end partner revenue reconciliation for the Degrees business, ensuring accurate, timely, and explainable invoicing and revenue reporting each quarter. This role sits at the intersection of partners, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, and internal data systems, with a focus on resolving data discrepancies, improving processes, and ensuring revenue is audit-ready.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include owning quarterly revenue reconciliation across Degree partners, collecting and validating partner-submitted revenue reports, investigating and explaining variances, and proactively managing partner follow-up to ensure reporting is complete and on time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience working with large or complex datasets
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data manipulation, reconciliation, lookups, pivots, and error checking
• Experience investigating data discrepancies and determining root causes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
