Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MarTech Program Manager to join our Technology organisation and play a pivotal role in delivering Paysafe’s marketing technology and digital transformation agenda.
What You Will Do
You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations, leading complex programmes spanning marketing automation, customer and product communications, website modernisation and platform migrations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role is best suited to a proactive, commercially minded programme leader who thrives in complex technology environments, can confidently challenge stakeholders, and brings the structure, urgency and accountability needed to turn ambitious transformation plans into delivered business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technology transformation programmes, preferably within marketing technology, CRM, digital platforms or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including marketing automation, campaign management, customer journeys, digital communications and customer data platforms.
- Experience delivering platform consolidation, application migration, systems integration or legacy technology decommissioning initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), or comparable enterprise marketing platforms would be highly advantageous.
- Strong programme and project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering multiple interdependent workstreams across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing delivery budgets, vendors, technology partners, resource plans and commercial commitments.
- Ability to understand technical architecture, integrations, APIs and data dependencies sufficiently to challenge delivery assumptions and coordinate effective solutions.
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to provide concise, outcome-focused updates to executive audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and complex delivery risks.
- A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of investment governance, business cases, cost optimisation and benefits realisation.
- Confidence to challenge constructively, drive decisions and influence teams without direct reporting authority.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and accountability.
- Experience working within Agile, hybrid or structured programme delivery environments.
