Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations, develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and APIs.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL & SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers and Batch Classes, Custom Objects and Metadata, Validation Rules & Approval Processes, Salesforce Security Model
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce
• Knowledge of Agentforce Agent configuration, Topics and Instructions, Agent Actions, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI capabilities, Generative AI use cases within Salesforce
• Experience integrating Agentforce with Salesforce business processes and automation workflows
• Understanding of AI-powered customer service, sales, and productivity solutions
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Salesforce Integration Patterns
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems
