The Senior Partner Manager role at CowManager involves strengthening existing dealer relationships, growing current partners, and identifying new strategic partnerships, particularly in South America.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in a commercial or agricultural direction
- Strong track record in partner management, business development, project management, or international cooperation and growth
- Experience in closing strategic partnerships
- Ability to set up and monitor KPIs and growth plans
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills
- Spanish/Portuguese language skills a plus
- Solid personality with convincing and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (10-20% of time)
- Analytical and communicative strength with ability to switch between strategy and implementation
