Our Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution.
Requirements
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permission sets, and page layouts
- Configure and maintain core sales processes — lead routing, opportunity stages, pipeline management, and forecasting structures
- Triage and resolve user-reported issues quickly; you’re the first line of support for the GTM team, not a ticket queue
- Administer and optimize the GTM stack: Gong, Outreach, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and AI tooling
- Design and build complex automated workflows that reduce manual work across the GTM motions — enrichment, sequencing logic, handoff triggers, data hygiene
- Support the design and maintenance of system integrations between Salesforce and the broader tech stack, ensuring clean and reliable data flow
- Maintain data governance standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting reliability across the stack, and document system processes, workflows, and changes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to communicate system changes clearly and minimize disruption
