Procurify is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to join their remote team. The role supports the execution and continuous improvement of revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success, with a focus on pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and customer lifecycle optimization. The Manager will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Hands-on experience supporting sales teams and/or customer success teams, including pipeline management and post-sale processes
- Experience working with core tools, including Salesforce CRM, platforms such as Gong and Vitally, and experience working with pipeline data, forecasting support, and customer lifecycle reporting
- Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in revenue workflows or analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems and processes
- An AI-forward mindset in applying automation and AI tools to improve workflows and reporting
- Ability to drive adoption of new processes and tools across cross-functional teams through training, documentation, and stakeholder buy-in
