Role Overview
The financial analyst is responsible for analyzing data sets and providing business intelligence related to strategic initiatives and key corporate projects focused on improving financial performance and optimizing our service portfolio.

Support in the preparation of the annual budget process, certificate of need applications, market share analysis, and other ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related Field
- Master’s degree in Business of Healthcare Administration OR Master’s of Business Administration
- 2-3 Years of related experience
- Develop and interpret analytical models
- Effectively communicate with and educate clinical leaders
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models
