Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role in manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and exposure to large datasets or basic SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
