Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Services Business Units Finance team, responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and transparent financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for Services $200M global business.

Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making, including analyzing financial results, identifying trends and variances, and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Qlik, Business Objects, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
