We are seeking a Director, Business Development to expand our national client base and strengthen long-term partnerships within the casualty insurance industry.

Requirements

• Solid experience within the casualty insurance industry
• Strong track record in prospect identification, strategic selling, and relationship management
• Develops strategic sales plans and procedures for designated territory
• Meets or exceeds designated revenue targets and manages expenses to budget goals
• Remains current and aware of market trends, competitive practices and customer needs
• Represents the corporation at conferences and seminars
• Attends industry functions and upholds professional image of the corporation
• Upholds Crawford & Company Code of Business Conduct at all times
