The Media Operations Specialist will support post-production workflows, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of media assets, and maintain strict security standards for client intellectual property.

Assist with dailies processing, file ingest, media management, transcoding, and quality control, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital video workflows, including frame rates, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, and delivery specifications
• Experience with media transcoding, file ingest, file management, and quality control processes
• Hands-on experience with Avid and Colorfront
• Proficiency with professional video editing software
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, schedules, and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
