Role Overview
The Data Analyst enhances the quality of life for Credit Union West members and team members by meeting or exceeding their service expectations. The Data Analyst ensures the organization effectively collects, interprets, and utilizes data to support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Collects, validates, and transforms data from various systems and sources, designs and distributes clear, actionable dashboards and reports, and maintains data dictionaries, reporting workflows, and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SSRS
- Experience with SQL for querying relational databases
- Familiarity with data cleansing, transformation and validation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
