Role Overview

Join the Marketing & Growth team at CreditSea’s Raipur, Chhattisgarh office as a results-driven Campaign Manager. You’ll own the campaign lifecycle end to end, from strategy and creative briefing to execution, tracking, and performance reporting.

Plan and run multi-channel campaigns, work with design and content teams, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency
