Role Overview
The Product Operations Manager will build the operating system for the product and engineering team, running it themselves. They will own the rhythm of quarterly planning, 6-week releases, and customer feedback into the roadmap.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Manager will own the product metrics operating system, partner with product managers, run quarterly planning and releases, lead sizing, and collect go/no-go sign-offs.

Requirements
- 4+ years in product operations, technical program management or engineering program management at a software company
- Experience running agile release cycles for an engineering team of 10 to 40 people
- Expert in Jira and Confluence, comfortable with dashboards and light automation
- Technical enough to follow architecture discussions and challenge an estimate
- Calm under pressure and direct about risk: you flag a slip on day one, not day ten
- Experience building process from scratch at a startup without making it heavy
