Revenue Operations Specialist

We are building scalable solutions that enable businesses to manage customer interactions and receivables more efficiently while delivering a better customer experience.

We are looking for a customer-focused team member for our Revenue Ops team build and manage as a high-performing individual to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and maximize usage in the post-signup journey, analyzing power-usage patterns to actively drive the conversion of free users into paid subscribers
• Oversee lead data management and track sales pipeline stages, delivering daily reports for leadership to give the sales team clear direction and ensure rigorous follow-ups.
• Act as the bridge to the product management team by flagging customer issues, system breakages, monitoring response and resolution times, and ensuring technical issues are resolved smoothly.
• Interface directly with users to gather quantitative and qualitative insights, translating customer pain points and for product fixes / improvements
• Maintain clean data logs and own daily reporting on user conversion metrics, pipeline health, and recurring product issues to keep leadership aligned.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support team of Apps
• Strong experience in handling escalations and managing customer-facing operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Experience in managing support MIS and operational dashboards.
