Growth Marketer, SEO/AEO and Experimentation

Role Overview

The Growth Marketer will own day-to-day execution of Cresta’s Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and SEO program, scaling organic search and AI visibility, and running growth experiments on new acquisition channels and conversion levers.

What You Will Do

The Growth Marketer will grow Cresta’s visibility, citation share, and narrative accuracy across AI assistants, own the content refresh pipeline, and run the AEO testing roadmap independently.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Growth Marketer will work with the Content Marketing Manager to brief and ship fixes, and will be responsible for making sure every product launch and rename gets organic coverage from day one.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or other organic growth roles
• A track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline or signups
• Hands-on experience with AEO or GEO, including how AI assistants retrieve, summarize, and cite content
• Technical SEO fluency and comfort shipping changes yourself
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and GA4, plus an AI visibility tool such as Ahrefs Brand Radar or Profound
• Experience defining metrics, building dashboards, and using data to prioritize work
