Role Overview
The role is a hybrid position that requires the ability to think like an Administrator and build like a Developer, with a strong foundation in declarative configuration and programmatic development. The role works across multiple Salesforce implementations, contributing to solution design, automation, custom development, and the ongoing health of the Salesforce org.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of this role include solution design and architecture, declarative development, programmatic development, administration and platform stewardship, and collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a strong understanding of declarative automation, Apex development, and Salesforce integration patterns. Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Proven expertise in declarative automation
- Solid Apex development skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and development
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Products, Pricing, Quote configuration)
- Demonstrated ability to design and reason about data models
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
