Role Overview

The Director, Strategy & Growth is responsible for crafting and advancing enterprise growth priorities across brands, channels, and regions. This role acts as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership, leading high-impact initiatives from opportunity framing through executive alignment and activation.

What You Will Do

Set the enterprise growth agenda, lead central initiatives, influence executive decision-making, drive cross-functional alignment, champion talent, and lead change and innovation.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, growth strategy, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level strategy work from ambiguity to aligned executive decisions and implementation
• Strong commercial and financial competence
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level, navigate matrixed organizations, and build alignment across functions, brands, regions, and channels without direct authority
