At Crocs, Inc., we’re seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager, Partnerships to deliver the Partnership product assortment for the APAC region. The role involves leading seasonal assortment planning, defining channel and door segmentation, and driving APAC SMU development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the needs of APAC consumers are best served and the Crocs Brand strategy is successfully conveyed.
Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the APAC fashion market, including Energy brands and channels
- Data-driven decision-making with ability to influence day-to-day business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good product knowledge with creativity and commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Proven leadership experience, including motivating teams, thinking strategically, and challenging the status quo
