Regional Marketing Manager, Japan

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing team in Japan. The successful candidate will lead field efforts to grow the company’s business presence in Japan, building on the company’s global profile and success. The role requires excellent strategic planning skills, the ability to execute marketing initiatives flawlessly, and the ability to collaborate closely with sales leaders.

Requirements

  • B-to-B marketing experience, preferably in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry
  • Demonstrable Field Marketing experience supporting field sales organizations and channel partners
  • Experience in translating sales goals into credible marketing plans
  • Skills in database marketing and growing a prospect database
  • Skills in digital marketing and related forms of online engagement
  • Budget management and forecasting skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills in working cross-functionally with sales organization, corporate marketing, peers and channel teams
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in attending sales calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the regions supported
  • Experience in managing and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Experience in tracking and measuring marketing events, programs and metrics
  • Salesforce.com and Marketo experience a plus
