Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Implementation Lead

Role Overview

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of D365 Finance and experience leading finance-related workstreams.

What You Will Do

As a consultant, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes. You will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from business process assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or related client-service environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance functional processes and solution delivery
• Experience leading implementation workstreams, project teams, or complex client engagements
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their translation into ERP functionality
• Experience with requirements gathering, process design, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, integrations, training, and go-live support
