Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role for both our project teams and Engineering team. You will be involved with integrations and in all cases where custom development is needed.

What You Will Do

Assist Technical Architect in taking requirements that will require custom development, integrations or complex solutions; create the design and document the technical solution, and work with the Consultant(s) for solution understanding and incorporation into the overall solution design.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 Years of experience is required
• Multiple Salesforce certifications and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce, highly preferred
• Must be familiar with both the declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce.com, experienced with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce API suite
• Possess creativity, strong front-end skills, and impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company’s best practices for working with data
• Strong, dynamic communication skills – both written & verbal – with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospect)
• Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work closely with U.S. based teams and clients
