Crunchafi is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and improvement of its billing function. The role involves managing a team, optimizing billing workflows, and resolving complex reconciliations.

Requirements

• Experience in billing operations, NetSuite, and Zone Billing
• Strong Excel skills and experience with advanced formulas and large data sets
• Proven track record of leading complex reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Strong systems mindset and ability to analyze large data sets
• Experience managing offshore teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams
