Finance Manager, Deal Desk

Role Overview

Join Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, as a Finance Manager to build and run the financial governance program for the deal desk. The role requires 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.

What You Will Do

Develop processes and procedures for financial governance of deal quoting and approval workflow, drive creation of pricing options for standard-SKU deals, and create tooling to enable a term/prepay tradeoff framework.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
• Demonstrated success in building and managing programs supporting the scalable operation of commercial workflows
• Experience working with sales teams, ideally in an enterprise technology business
• Fluent in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM/CPQ tool)
• SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar)
• Good judgment about when to move fast on a standard deal versus when to slow down and escalate
