Revenue Operations Manager, Deal Desk

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager, Deal Desk will own the deal desk function, lead the implementation, management, and ongoing optimization of the CPQ, and advise Account Executives on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and creative packaging. The role requires experience in pricing strategy, sales enablement, and systems ownership.

What You Will Do

The Revenue Operations Manager will set and continuously adjust pricing in response to a dynamic market, track deal desk metrics, build dashboards and reporting, and own the deal approval workflow. They will also own the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CPQ system, build and maintain product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval matrices, and quote templates.
