Business Development Manager – Loan Against Property

Role Overview

The BDM – LAP is responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing.

Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels, achieve disbursement and profitability targets, train and activate branch teams, manage end-to-end customer journeys.

Requirements

• Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels
• Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan
• Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation
• Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines
• Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/TD)
• Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs
• Provide regular MIS and performance updates to reporting manager
