Role Overview
Provide leadership to the Gold Loan Business of the Area, lead a sales team, and achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products, help branches plan customer meets, and collaborate with teams to achieve results.

Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, conduct market research, and evaluate customer needs. Achieve sales targets, source business, and ensure BDE productivity.
