What You Will Do
Set and lead Csquare’s interconnection growth strategy, own commercial growth outcomes, and evaluate new connectivity opportunities.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data centers, telecommunications, networking, cloud infrastructure, or related technology markets
- A proven record of growing revenue through connectivity, ecosystem, carrier, or cloud-based services
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and strategic partners to drive commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of interconnection cross-connects, cloud connectivity, and carrier ecosystems
- Excellent relationship-building, business development, and cross-functional leadership skills
