Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

This position will manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow our business with a focus on Hydrotex branded products. The role will also be responsible for fielding incoming leads for all brands and supporting field sales team in communicating, following up and addressing customers’ needs.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products, initiate new orders, and introduce new products. Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to manage contacts, document details of conversations and create campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration experience
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Proficiency in the use of personal computer, Microsoft Office, CRM, and other technology tools
