Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decisions and operational improvements across facilities management, real estate operations, maintenance programs, asset management, and capital projects.

What You Will Do

Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data from facilities, maintenance, project, financial, and operational systems. Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, facilities management, real estate operations, maintenance planning, project controls, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data validation, reporting, and database management.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
