FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Culligan CPD Pure Play Team, responsible for financial planning/modelling and managing the financial analysis of key projects.

What You Will Do

Provide key financial analysis and reporting, lead monthly reporting, analysis, forecasting and budget for Net Sales, and generate pro-forma financial statements to maximize customer profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 6+ years of FP&A experience
• Strong decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities
• Proven track record in translating detailed financial analysis into actionable insights
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (IFS, QuickBooks)
• Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
