Role Overview
We are expanding our national presence and bringing our innovative value-based care solutions to new markets. To support this continued growth, our Business Development team is seeking a high-performing leader to develop partnerships with large senior living organizations across key markets in Texas, Colorado, and Arizona.
What You Will Do
This leader will cultivate executive-level relationships, assess prospective partner needs, and develop strategies that address complex clinical, operational, and financial challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 or more years of healthcare industry experience
- Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or market development
- Demonstrated experience building executive-level relationships and influencing senior decision-makers
- Ability to assess prospective partner needs and develop solutions that connect clinical, operational, and financial objectives
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles, negotiating agreements, and delivering measurable business results
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and comfort working in a performance-driven, deal-based environment
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform and Microsoft Office applications
- Residence in, or strong familiarity with, one or more of the assigned markets
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30 to 40% throughout Dallas, Austin, Denver, Phoenix, and surrounding market areas
