Financial Planning Analyst_CXO Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategy & Business Finance Analyst – CXO Office to work closely with the CXO team on high-priority business initiatives across the organisation. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, business analytics, FP&A and execution.

What You Will Do

Solve complex business problems, identify opportunities, develop data-backed recommendations, and drive initiatives from problem definition to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, business operations, growth, category management or similar roles
• Experience in food-tech, QSR, D2C, consumer businesses, startups or multi-brand businesses would be an advantage
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to interpret P&L, revenue, growth and unit economics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High ownership, curiosity and bias for action
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
