Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics to play a central role in how our product and business teams make decisions. What You Will Do

You will lead experimentation, drive deep-dive and root-cause analyses, build business cases, and help your partners set strategic roadmaps. You are equally comfortable writing complex SQL and presenting a clear point of view to leadership, and you raise the analytical bar for the people around you.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will own the product analytics agenda for your embedded area, partnering with product, engineering, finance, and business leaders to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in a data analytics role, with at least 3 years in product analytics, where you owned multiple concurrent workstreams and operated with a high degree of autonomy.
  • 2-3 years in a consumer-facing fintech, digital banking, payments, or lending environment (or similar B2C setting), working with transactional data, product metrics, and customer behavior at scale.
  • Advanced SQL in a cloud data warehouse environment (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift), including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins.
  • Python experience for data analysis, automation, and statistical work.
  • Strong expertise in experimentation, including A/B/n testing, significance testing, and statistical inference.
  • Proven track record of taking analytical projects from scoping through to delivery, with ownership over outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker or comparable BI tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • A proven ability to use data to change minds and drive decisions.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Meaningful equity in the form of stock options
  • 401(k) plan
  • Discretionary performance bonus program
  • Biannual performance reviews
  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% for you and your dependents
  • Flexible time off and paid holidays
  • Generous parental leave policy
  • Commuter benefits
  • Fitness benefits
  • Healthcare and Dependent care FSA benefit
  • Employee Assistance Programs focused on mental health
  • Healthcare advocacy program for all employees
