Role Overview

The Communications Manager works closely with the account leadership and Business Operations Teams to support communications, including drafting written collateral, developing account-specific messaging, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment, managing content for newsletters, supporting account-level recognition and cultural engagement efforts.

Provides strategy and tactics to achieve objectives and key performance indicators, ensures consistency, quality, and usage of best practices in all communications, and boosts company’s brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership with best-in-class use of traditional and digital media channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of communications experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Proven capabilities supporting C-Suite leadership
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial and property management real estate industry
  • Ability to effectively influence others to achieve understanding, acceptance, and commitment to act in support of ideas, programs, or causes
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all executed activities with minimal supervision
  • Superior organization and time management and project management skills
  • Ability to draw upon the analysis and make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
  • Accountable for delivering key performance indicators; using dashboard to track media engagement
  • Prior experience implementing communications and PR strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proven ability to understand, synthesize, and reorganize complex information
  • Ability to work with high-level executives and revenue producers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
