Role Overview

As a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of embedded marketers. The Marketing Manager coaches each embedded marketer and equips them with the guidance, tools, and resources they need to work efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do

Manage a team of embedded marketers, provide day-to-day coaching and guidance, equip embedded marketers with resources and tools, serve as the primary point of escalation and advisor, establish and reinforce consistent marketing processes, and facilitate knowledge-sharing among embedded marketers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of marketing experience, experience managing a distributed or decentralized team, familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, and strong coaching and mentoring skills.
