Senior Growth Consultant – PM

Role Overview

Join Phiture as a Senior Growth Consultant, PM, owning the day-to-day relationship, communication, and delivery for one of our largest and most demanding accounts. You’ll act as one of the main points of contact for client communications, owning conversations and decisions directly with the client, orchestrating across PM, ASO, and Creative, while advising the Growth Lead on strategy and execution.

What You Will Do

Own Paid UA Campaign Management, own the client relationship, lead client meetings, and analyze performance & drive recommendations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition / performance marketing, for mobile apps, with a track record of demonstrable results. You’ll need solid app-specific paid UA fluency, hands-on attribution/MMP experience, and independent data interpretation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition / performance marketing, for mobile apps
• Solid app-specific paid UA fluency: including GAC, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, SDKs, SKAN, and MMP concepts
• Hands-on attribution/MMP experience: comfortable troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues directly
• Genuine confidence leading client meetings: with a track record of proactively driving conversations and pushing back on client asks when warranted
• Independent data interpretation skills: able to arrive at a point of view and recommendation grounded in the numbers
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken client communication skills and being able to simplify technical concepts for less growth-literate stakeholders without losing substance
