Medicare Sales Technology Product Owner

Role Overview

The Product Owner will translate business, customer, operational, and regulatory needs into prioritized product work that improves Medicare sales, enrollment, and agent experiences.

The Product Owner will partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, guide Agile delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable customer and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related digital product delivery role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting software products through multiple releases, with demonstrated ownership from discovery and requirements definition through launch and optimization.
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile teams; including backlog management, prioritization, feature decomposition, user story development, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Ability to work core business hours aligned with Eastern Time-based teams and stakeholders.
