Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support our Medicare sales organization. You will own the data models, pipelines, and analytical frameworks that drive sales strategy, agent/broker performance, and enrollment growth across Medicare Advantage and Part D markets.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain sales performance models, develop predictive models, analyze sales funnel data, design and manage sales reporting infrastructure, and support territory planning and market segmentation.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate data into actionable growth strategies, mentor junior analysts, and establish data standards for the sales org.
Requirements
- 3+ years in data science or advanced analytics
- 2+ years supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Part D markets
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for modeling and automation
- Experience with CMS public data (enrollment files, landscape files, plan finder data)
