Business Development Assistant

Role Overview

As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, enriching, and qualifying business opportunities to ensure the commercial team works with accurate and compliant accounts to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

What You Will Do

Research, identify, and qualify companies that meet the ICPs defined by the company, map opportunities in target accounts, and build, enrich, and segment lead lists for B2B prospecting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Commercial Management, or related areas
• Previous experience in commercial areas, customer service, pre-sales, commercial intelligence, market research, or demand generation
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably RD Station)
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with corporate data research and enrichment
• Ability to navigate between different digital tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and quickly evaluate whether a company meets the ICP
• Communicative and organized profile
• Experience with goals, indicators, and value generation for the business
• Ability to conduct research and activities independently, seeking solutions and information in a proactive manner
