This role involves supporting the global revenue organization with compensation and commission related activities, driving operational excellence, and developing data-driven insights. Collaboration and adaptability are key, requiring a candidate comfortable working with data and diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced English (C1+).
• Excellent communication, writing, listening and reading skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in sales / revenue operations, specifically commissions.
• Experience developing compensation plans and incentive schemes.
• Experience in pipeline reporting.
