Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will provide financial modeling and analytical support for corporate finance and investment opportunities. The position will liaise with key internal stakeholders to maximize revenue, project cash flows, and optimize return on investment.
What You Will Do
Build financial models, collaborate with sales and financial leadership, and track key customer and financing terms for approved underwritings.

Requirements

- Extremely well-developed analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with individuals at various levels
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- High proficiency in Excel. Proficiency with PowerPoint and other MS Office products. Experience with Yardi, Salesforce, and/or OneStream software is a plus
