Role Overview
The Business Development Assistant will support the growth and business development activities of an established property management business. The role involves identifying and researching potential property owners and investors, supporting outbound lead generation, qualifying initial enquiries, maintaining the CRM pipeline, and coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation and prospecting, lead qualification and sales support, client and owner relationship support, partnership support, and CRM and administration tasks.

Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, lead generation, property, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, outbound communication, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems or sales pipeline management tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with prospective clients.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on leads, tasks, and client interactions.
- Able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with a remote team.
