Digital Marketing & Multimedia Designer (Video Content & Social Media)

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Multimedia Designer will play a key role in developing engaging multimedia content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping drive audience engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of up to Php 94,000 per month. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment where creativity, innovation, and collaboration are highly valued.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include video production and content creation, graphic design, social media management, paid media support, marketing campaign execution, and reporting and continuous improvement. The candidate will work on multiple video editing projects, design marketing materials, manage social media presence, and execute digital advertising initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Content Creation, or a similar marketing role
• Advanced video editing skills supported by a strong portfolio of professional work
• Professional graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience converting long-form content into engaging short-form videos for social media
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement
• Experience supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team
