Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of an end-to-end digital lead-generation and sales-nurturing engine. You will bridge performance marketing, landing page conversion, and sales CRM automation to move prospects seamlessly from initial ad interaction to booked appointments and closed applications.

What You Will Do

You will plan, execute, and continually optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to generate a consistent pipeline of high-intent leads. You will also manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, track and refine campaigns, and serve as the primary technical owner of GoHighLevel to design, build, and optimize sales funnels, pipelines, and trigger-based workflows.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a hands-on Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lead Generation role executing full-funnel strategies.
• Advanced expertise in managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience building workflows, automation rules, pipelines, and funnels inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong foundational understanding of landing page design, copywriting, user psychology, and CRO principles.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and performance reporting platforms.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline copywriting, strategy ideation, and marketing output.
• Exceptional written English and persuasive marketing copywriting skills.
