Perform various business development activities such as the introduction of new drug candidates and platform technologies, technology export, strategic investment, and startup incubation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in business development (BD), licensing, corporate development, or related work in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
• Understanding of the new drug development process and the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
• Understanding of the structure and major commercial conditions of business development transactions, including technology export and import, co-development, and investment
• Ability to independently review and analyze Korean and English contracts and identify major contract conditions and business risks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and email communications
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and lead projects
